The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

We supply restricted quality guarantee on each subsystem unless stated otherwise, as well as on the whole machine. Poor craftsmanship and unfit components errors are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We are not responsible for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your product. Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to buy. At the instant of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Coupled with the call-out cost, transport costs to your property including settlement if required, are on your account. The plans for the technician to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be carried out by you.
