The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, along with any subsystem, we only supply limited quality guarantee if not stated any other way. Defects by reason of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. We aren't responsible for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your product. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforementioned. Damages can usually be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Upon demand, quotations are readily available.Routine service is required by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Common depletion restoration at a minimum cost, reviewing and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are concealed within the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and void should you not service your machinery within the recommended service or if it is not rectified within the equal of dual that period. This is to say, if we preferred that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months, you have to get your machinery rectified in every six month period or your warranty will not be valid.
A Call-out refers to each point a technician supplies a service at your property. A call-out fee will be required except for when the call-out is covered by any of the above named plans or approved by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Settlement as well as traveling costs to your establishment, accompanying the call-out charge, are on your account if necessary. The plans for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be made by you. For this reason your machines warranty report and service history will always be able to be analyzed in any manner and at any term on our site or while disconnected. We honour our machines guarantee and service by using the barcode. Maximum advantage are protected on both the reselling and servicing of your machines.
