Common depletion restoration at a minimal cost, checking and arrangement as well as everyday cleaning are covered in the service plan. Should you not service your machinery in the recommended service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is serviced in the equivalent of dual that period otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and not viable. One technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Settlement and travel costs to your establishment, accompanying the call-out charge, are on your account if necessary. We recommend that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. The existing rate is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our place and your premises, should you choose for us to travel to you.Beneficially enquire about call out as well as traveling costs beforehand as those fees may differ point by time without notice.Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you just would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility, or if you want to find out if the machine is fitted to work optically. Regretfully, no improvements or intense labour work will be done during a maintenance visit, but a booking can be made for this to be done at your and our quickest convenience.Our warehouse offers primary and/or overall training courses for all machines we sell. More advanced training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been completed although first primary entry courses is enclosed in your machinery purchase.A individual barcode is presented with all our mainline of machines. Therefore your machines warranty report and assistance history will always be able to be checked in any manner and at any time on our site or while logged off. We honour our machines guarantee and maintenance by using the barcode. Maximal benefit are insured on both the selling and service of your machinery's.
