Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We supply constrained feature guarantee on the entire machine, and any subsystem lest stated any other way. Shortages due to unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. Common wear and tear or misuse of your equipment is not our responsibility. Service Plan: The machinery which you are going to buy, will be demanding a regular service. Checking and calibration, everyday cleaning , as well as common decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost are covered within the service plan. Should you not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, it is vital that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of twice that period elseways your service warranty will be null and ineffective. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a service is supplied at your premises by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. Lest approved by management or concealed by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be required. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Transport costs to your establishment as well as settlement if crucial, are on your account, in addition to the call-out charge. We prefer that you organize that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you just want our technician to take a look at your machine for your contentment, or if you want to find out if the appliance is fitted to work optimally. There is no cost for the specialist we supply. You will be advised by our experts if an different or additional servicing or service parts reinstatement is needed or if everything is in order. Reservations must be made for reconstruction or excessive labour work to be completed at your/our earliest convenience as no adjustments or any such labour actions will be completed during maintenance visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Basic and/or extensive training courses are provided through our premises for all machinery we sell. When buying your machine, first fundamental entry courses is comprehended in your purchase, nevertheless more promoted training can be bought after the primary course has been passed.
