The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Basic ravages of time replacement at a minimal cost, analyzing and calibration as well as general cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. Your service warranty will be invalid and ineffective should you not service your machine in the preferred service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of double that period. Meaning that in which case we choose that your machine is serviced once every three months, it is compulsory that you get your machinery serviced in every six month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
Whenever a service is provided at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged lest the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the management. At the point of this quotation, one specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Transport costs to your place including settlement if required, are on your account, accompanying the call-out fee.
