Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We offer restricted characteristic warranty on each subsystem if not stated elseways, including on the entire machine. The characteristic guarantee covers errors due to faulty components or poor craftsmanship We would not be held responsible for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your component. Our warranty will thus not cover aforestated. Certainly, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations will be promptly accessible upon demand.

Service Plan: The machinery you are going to buy compels a regular service. Call-out Service & Fee: Whenever a specialist supplies a service at your property, it points to to a call-out. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or approved by the management, a call-out fee will be required. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Whether you would choose to find out if the appliance is set to work optically, or you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind, our servicing plan is suited for you. We will not charge any fees for the specialist we supply. Our specialist will be able to recommend whether everything is normal or if an different or other maintenance or spare parts reinstatement is needed. During sustainment visits no adjustments or excessive labour operate will be carried out and bookings can be made for this to be practised at your and our earliest convenience. More advanced training can be obtained after the primary course has been finished but first fundamental entry courses is combined in your machine purchase. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Barcode System: All our mainline of machines are sold with a different barcode. You will thus regularly be able to analyze the machinery's assurance report and servicing history on our site or while disconnected - in any way and at any moment. Our machinery's guarantee and servicing are honoured by us using the barcode. This insures your supreme advantage on both the selling and maintenance of your machinery's. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time.
