The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide constrained characteristic warranty on the whole machinery, and any subsystem except stated otherwise. The quality guarantee covers errors due to unfit components or poor craftsmanship We are not at fault for general wear and tear or misuse of your product. Our guarantee will accordingly not cover aforestated. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are immediately available on appeal.The machinery you are going to obtain compels a routine service. Common decrement restoration at a minimum cost, analyzing and calibration as well as everyday cleaning are included in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and meaningless if you do not service your machinery in the preferred service or if it is not serviced in the equal of twice that period. This is to say, if we suggested that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months, you must get your machine improved in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.
When a service is offered at your place by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is enclosed by any of the above mentioned plans or approved by the management, a call-out cost will be required. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Touring costs to your place including accommodation if essential, are on your account, in addition to the call-out fee. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. R 9.95/kilometer is the existing amount increased by the traveling distance between your place and our office, should you recommend for us to travel to you.Generously inquire about call out including touring costs in advance as those fees may change extent by extent without notice.Whether you would like to find out whether the machinery is set to operate optically, or you just would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for your contentment, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. We will not charge any cost for the specialist we supply. Our experts will be able to supply you with information on whether an back-up or additional servicing or spare reinstatement is needed or whether everything is in order. Regrettably, no improvements or excessive labour operate will be completed during a maintenance visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be carried out at your and our earliest convenience.Fundamental and/or extensive training courses are offered through our training centre for all machinery we sell. First basic entry courses is enclosed in your machine investment, but more advanced training can be bought after the principal course has been finished.All our mainline of machines are sold with a individual barcode.
