The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited characteristic warranty on the whole machinery, along with any subsystem except stated elseways. Shortages due to unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. We shall not be held responsible for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your machinery. Our warranty will thus not cover aforesaid. Damages can generally be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations are gladly available on appeal.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be needing a routine service. Reviewing and positioning, basic cleaning , as well as common decrement restoration at a minimal cost are included within the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and ineffective should you not service your machine in the preferred service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, if we suggested that your machine is rectified once every three months, you should get your machine fixed in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be valid.
Anytime a specialist offers a service at your premises, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be required lest the call-out is included by any of the above plans or confirmed by the the company. At the instant of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out fee, traveling costs to your place and settlement if essential, are on your account.
