Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply bounded feature guarantee on any subsystem except stated differently, as well as on the entire machinery. This is to say, you should get your machine improved within every six month period, if we preferred that your machine is rectified once every three months or your warranty will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to each point a specialist provides a service at your premises. A call-out fee will be requested except for when the call-out is enclosed by any of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, one specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Settlement and touring costs to your establishment, accompanying the call-out cost, are on your account if essential. We suggest that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. You will therefore regularly be able to review the machine's guarantee data and assistance history on our database or offline - in any style and at any instant. Our machines warranty and servicing are honoured by us using the barcode. This protects your supreme convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery's.
