The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, and any subsystem, we only supply confined feature warranty unless stated elseways. The trait guarantee covers defects by cause of faulty components or poor craftsmanship We will not be held at fault for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. Therefore aforesaid shall not be covered by our guarantee. Usually damages can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are immediately vacant on appeal.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be forcing a regular service. The concealed service plan includes standard cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as everyday decrement restoration at a minimum cost. Your service guarantee will be invalid and not viable should you not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not rectified in the equal of double that period. Meaning, you must get your machinery improved within every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machinery is improved once every 3 months or your warranty will not be valid.
Every time a service is supplied at your establishment by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be requested lest the call-out is included by each and every time of the above named plans or per-approved by the management. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Coupled with the call-out charge, transport costs to your establishment as well as settlement if essential, are on your account. We choose that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. R 9.95/kilometer is the current percentage multiplied by the traveling distance between your premises including our place, should you choose for us to come to you.Generously analyze about call out including transport costs ahead of time as those charges may change time by instant without notice.If you simply would like our technician to take a look at your machine for peace of mind or would like to know if the appliance is fitted to work optically, our service plan is suited for you. We will not charge any cost for the technician we provide. Our technician will be able to supply you with guidance on whether an alternative or further assistance or spare parts replacement is needed or if everything is in order. Bookings should be made for adjustments or hard labour work to be completed at your/our earliest convenience as no repairs or any such labour actions will be practised during servicing visits.Fundamental and/or extensive training courses are provided at our warehouse for all machines we sell. When buying your machine, first primary entry courses is enclosed in your investment, although more improved training can be bought after the basic course has been achieved.All our mainline of machines are sold with a particular barcode. You will therefore evermore be able to analyze the machine's warranty data and servicing history on our website or while logged off - in any way and at any term. We honour our machinery's warranty and service by using the barcode. This secures your supreme benefit on both the selling and servicing of your machines.
