The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited characteristic warranty on each subsystem lest stated otherwise, including on the whole machinery. One technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.Along with the call-out fee, touring costs to your place as well as accommodation if essential, are on your account. We suggest that you organize that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. We honour our machines warranty and service by using the barcode. This secures your maximal comfort on both the reselling and maintenance of your machinery's.
