The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give bounded trait guarantee on the whole machine, including each subsystem except stated differently. Errors as a result of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We cannot be held liable for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your equipment. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforesaid. Damages can often be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon request, quotations are gladly available.The machine(s) you are going to buy requires a regular service. Investigation and adjustment, general cleaning , as well as common wear and tear restoration at a minimum cost are enclosed within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and ineffective if you do not service your machine within the preferred service or if it is not rectified in the equal of double that period. Meaning, you have to get your machinery serviced within every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your warranty will not be valid.
A Call-out points to to any time a specialist provides a service at your place. A call-out cost will be requested except for when the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management. 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Settlement including traveling costs to your premises, in addition to the call-out cost, are on your account if necessary. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be done by you. By using the barcode we honour our machines warranty and assistance. This secures your supreme comfort on both the assistance and resell of your machines.
