The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, as well as each subsystem, we only supply limited characteristic warranty if not stated any other way. The attribute warranty covers errors by reason of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your component is not our responsibility. Aforestated is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Usually deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are gladly vacant on request.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a regular service. The concealed service plan consists of everyday cleaning, investigation and positioning, as well as common decrement restoration at a minimum cost. Your service warranty will be useless and ineffective if you do not service your machinery within the chosen service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, you should get your machine fixed within every six month period, if we recommend that your machine is rectified once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be credible.
Every time a specialist provides a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above named plans or per-approved by the managers, a call-out fee will be required. At the instant of this quotation, one specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out cost, traveling costs to your premises and accommodation if required, are on your account. We recommend that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back. By using the barcode we honour our machines assurance and maintenance. Ultimate benefit are secured on both the selling and assistance of your machinery's.
