The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide constrained trait warranty on the entire machine, along with each subsystem unless stated differently. Weaknesses due to defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We will not be held liable for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your equipment. Thus aforestated would not be covered by our warranty. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations are immediately available on appeal.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be needing a regular service. Standard decrement replacement at a minimum cost, checking and positioning as well as common cleaning are concealed in the service plan. It is crucial that your machinery is improved in the equivalent of twice that period, should you not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, or else your service guarantee will be invalid and void. Meaning, if we suggested that your machine is rectified once every three months, you have to get your machine serviced in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Anytime a technician supplies a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Unless per-approved by managers or enclosed by each of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be requested. One technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.Accommodation including touring costs to your premises, coupled with the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial. We prefer that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. If you would like for us to travel to you, the current amount is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the traveling distance between our warehouse as well as your property.Kindly analyze about call out and traveling costs beforehand as those costs may change instant by point without notice.Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you just want our technician to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility, or if you want to know if the machine is fitted to operate optimally. No costs will apply for the technician we provide. You will be advised by our technician if an different or additional servicing or spare replacement is needed or whether everything is in order. Sadly, no improvements or excessive labour work will be completed during a maintenance visit, but a booking should made for this to be carried out at your and our earliest convenience.Our premises offers principal and/or overall training courses for all machinery we sell. First fundamental entry courses is enclosed in your machinery investment, however more promoted training can be bought after the primary course has been passed.With all our mainline of machinery's a different barcode is sold. You will thus constantly be able to check the machine's warranty information and maintenance history on our database or while disconnected - in any manner and at any term. We value our machines assurance and assistance by using the barcode. Maximal convenience are ensured on both the reselling and servicing of your machines.
