Upon appeal, quotations are immediately available.Routine service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Common wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost, analyzing and calibration as well as basic cleaning are included within the service plan. If you do not service your machinery within the chosen service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is fixed in the equivalent of twice that period or else your service guarantee will be invalid and meaningless. This is to say, if we preferred that your machinery is fixed once every three months, you must get your machine fixed in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be valid.
Whenever a service is provided at your premises by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Lest the call-out is enclosed by any of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. One specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Accompanying the call-out charge, travel costs to your establishment and settlement if required, are on your account.
