The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

The included service plan includes everyday cleaning, reviewing and arrangement, as well as basic ravages of time replacement at a minimal cost. It is required that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of dual that period, if you do not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, otherwise your service warranty will be useless and not viable. Meaning, you must get your machinery fixed in every six month period, if we suggested that your machine is rectified once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be legit.
When a service is offered at your property by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Lest confirmed by management or concealed by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be charged. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Accommodation including traveling costs to your premises, accompanying the call-out charge, are on your account if required. The technicians required adjustments to be made to get picked up and sent back, are preferred to be done by you. R 9.95/kilometer is the existing percentage amplified by the traveling distance between your establishment and our premises, should you choose for us to go to you.Without notice, those fees may vary instant by instant, hence kindly inquire about call out including traveling costs ahead of timeOur maintenance plan is perfect for you if you just would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for your tranquility, or if you want to find out if the appliance is fitted to operate optically. No costs will be assigned for the technician we provide. You will be advised by our specialist if an different or other assistance or spare reinstatement is needed or whether everything is normal. Bookings have to be made for repairs or intense labour function to be done at your/our earliest availability as no reconstruction or any such labour services will be practised during maintenance visits.Basic and/or full training courses are held via our warehouse for all machines we sell. First fundamental entry courses is combined in your machinery investment, but more improved training can be obtained after the principal course has been accomplished.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a different barcode. Check for this reason you will constantly be able to,in any manner and at any moment, review the machinery's warranty report and maintenance history on our database or offline. By using the barcode we value our machinery's assurance and maintenance. This protects your ultimate benefit on both the servicing and resell of your machinery's.
