The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, along with any subsystem, we only provide limited trait guarantee unless stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship and unfit material defects are covered by the trait guarantee. We shall not be held liable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your product. Accordingly aforestated would not be covered by our guarantee. Certainly, deterioration that are not covered under warranty can generally be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are gladly vacant on demand.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be forcing a routine service. The included service plan includes general cleaning, investigation and calibration, as well as basic decrement restoration at a minimum cost. Should you not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, it is necessary that your machinery is serviced in the equal of double that period or else your service warranty will be invalid and void. Meaning, you must get your machine fixed within every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machine is rectified once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be valid.
When a service is supplied at your property by a technician, it refers to a call-out. At the instant of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Settlement including travel costs to your property, coupled with the call-out fee, are on your account if required. More promoted training can be obtained after the principal course has been passed nevertheless first principal entry courses is enclosed in your machine purchase.All our mainline of machines are sold with a different barcode. You will therefore evermore be able to check the machinery's warranty report and servicing history on our webpage or while logged off - in any style and at any instant.
