Your service warranty will be null and ineffective should you not service your machine within the recommended service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, if we choose that your machine is fixed once every three months, you should get your machine rectified in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.
Every time a service is provided at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Lest approved by managers or enclosed by each of the above plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the instant of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Travel costs to your premises including settlement if necessary, are on your account, accompanying the call-out fee. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. The existing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your property, should you prefer for us to come to you.Kindly inquire about call out and touring costs ahead of time as those fees may vary extent by time without notice.Our service plan is suited for you if you only would like our technician to take a look at your machine for your contentment, or if you want to know if the machine is adjusted to operate optimally. No fees will apply for the specialist we supply. Our specialist will be able to recommend if everything is normal or whether an different or other service or spare parts restoration is needed.
