Basic depletion restoration at a minimum cost, analyzing and calibration as well as common cleaning are included in the service plan. It is compulsory that your machinery is improved within the equivalent of twice that period, should you not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, otherwise your service warranty will be null and void. Meaning, you must get your machine improved within every 6 month period, if we preferred that your machinery is fixed once every three months or your warranty will not be valid.
Every time a technician provides a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is included by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or approved by the management, a call-out cost will be required. At the time of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for working days.Touring costs to your property as well as accommodation if required, are on your account, in addition to the call-out cost.
