The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply limited quality warranty on the entire machine, along with each subsystem if not stated elseways. The trait guarantee covers shortages by reason of unfit components or poor craftsmanship We aren't accountable for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine. Aforestated is for this reason not covered by our guarantee. Naturally, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon appeal, quotations are promptly vacant.The machinery you are going to purchase requires a routine service. The covered service plan consists of everyday cleaning, analyzing and calibration, as well as basic decrement restoration at a minimum cost. Your service guarantee will be useless and not viable should you not service your machinery in the chosen service or if it is not rectified within the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say, you should get your machine serviced in every six month period, if we choose that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be efficient.
A Call-out refers to each and every time time a technician offers a service at your establishment. A call-out cost will be requested except when the call-out is included by each of the above plans or per-approved by the management. At the time of this quotation, one specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Settlement including traveling costs to your premises, coupled with the call-out charge, are on your account if necessary. The plans for the technician to get picked up and sent back are suggested to be carried out by you. If you would wish for us to travel to you, the prevailing rate is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our workshop including your establishment.Without notice, those charges may vary extent by point, accordingly kindly analyze about call out and traveling costs beforehandIf you only want our technician to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind or would like to know if the appliance is set to work optically, our maintenance plan is here for you. There is no fees for the technician we provide. You will be advised by our experts whether an different or further maintenance or spares restoration is needed or whether everything is normal. Reservations have to be made for reconstruction or excessive labour work to be practised at your/our earliest availability as no improvements or any such labour actions will be practised during servicing visits.We supply primary and/or full training courses through our premises for all machinery we sell. More improved training can be bought after the principal course has been completed although first principal entry courses is combined in your machinery purchase.With all our mainline of machinery's a different barcode is sold. Thus your machinery's guarantee information and service history will always be able to be checked in any manner and at any term on our database or while disconnected. Our machinery's warranty and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. Maximum comfort are insured on both the selling and service of your machines.
