The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply restricted feature guarantee on each subsystem unless stated any other way, as well as on the entire machinery. This is to say that in which case we preferred that your machinery is improved once every three months, it is necessary that you get your machinery fixed within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be legit.
A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless arranged by managers or covered by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be requested. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Along with the call-out charge, transport costs to your property including accommodation if crucial, are on your account. The technicians necessary adjustments to be made to get picked up including sent back, are preferred to be done by you. R 9.95/km is the existing percentage increased by the driving distance between your property including our office, should you desire for us to travel to you.Attentively analyze about call out and traveling costs beforehand as those fees may vary extent by point without notice.Our service plan is suited for you if you only would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction, or if you want to find out if the appliance is fitted to function optimally. We will not charge any cost for the technician we provide. Our technician will be able to supply you with guidance on if an alternative or further servicing or spare parts reinstatement is needed or if everything is in order. During sustainment visits no improvements or intense labour operate will be done and bookings should made for this to be completed at your and our earliest convenience.We supply basic and/or overall training courses via our training centre for all machines we sell. More promoted training can be purchased after the primary course has been completed however first principal entry courses is enclosed in your machinery purchase.With all our mainline of machines a particular barcode is sold. Review therefore you will regularly be able to,in any manner and at any time, analyze the machinery's warranty report and service history on our webpage or while disconnected. We honour our machines guarantee and assistance by using the barcode. This ensures your maximal comfort on both the servicing and resell of your machinery's.
