Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply confined characteristic guarantee on the whole machinery, and each subsystem except stated otherwise. During maintenance visits no reconstruction or intense labour work will be carried out and reservations should made for this to be done at your and our earliest availability.We supply fundamental and/or comprehensive training courses at our warehouse for all machines we sell. More improved training can be purchased after the basic course has been finished although first principal entry courses is combined in your machinery purchase.With all our mainline of machines a individual barcode is sold. You will accordingly regularly be able to review the machine's assurance information and maintenance history on our webpage or offline - in any way and at any term. Our machinery's assurance and assistance are valued by us using the barcode. Ultimate benefit are secured on both the reselling and assistance of your machines.
