The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, including each subsystem, we only offer constrained feature guarantee lest stated otherwise. Defects due to defective materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We are not at fault for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. Our guarantee will accordingly not cover aforementioned. Damages can often be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are immediately available on demand.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be requiring a regular service. The concealed service plan includes basic cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as standard wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be null and meaningless should you not service your machine within the recommended service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, you must get your machinery improved within every 6 month period, if we choose that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be legit.
Whenever a technician offers a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. Except for when per-approved by managers or concealed by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be charged. At the instant of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation including touring costs to your property, coupled with the call-out fee, are on your account if essential. We choose that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up as well as sent back.
