The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give bounded feature warranty on any subsystem except stated any other way, along with on the entire machine. Defects due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We cannot be held accountable for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your machine. Accordingly aforementioned cannot be covered by our guarantee. Of course, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can generally be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are readily available.Routine service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Investigation and calibration, general cleaning , as well as basic depletion restoration at a minimal cost are enclosed in the service plan. Should you not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, it is necessary that your machinery is serviced within the equivalent of twice that period elseways your service guarantee will be useless and ineffective. You will therefore regularly be able to analyze the machine's guarantee information and assistance history on our database or offline - in any form and at any moment. Our machinery's guarantee and service are honoured by us using the barcode. This ensures your maximum comfort on both the assistance and resell of your machinery's.
