Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give restricted quality warranty on the entire machine, along with any subsystem lest stated any other way. Errors due to defective materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We cannot be held accountable for misuse or common wear and tear of your equipment. Except when arranged by management or covered by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be required. At the instant of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accommodation including traveling costs to your establishment, along with the call-out cost, are on your account if essential. We choose that you arrange that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back.
