The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide constrained feature warranty on the entire machinery, including each subsystem except stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship along with faulty equipment errors are covered by the characteristic warranty. We cannot be held accountable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your machinery. Our warranty will accordingly not cover aforesaid. Deterioration can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are gladly vacant.Regular service is needed by the machinery you are going to purchase. The enclosed service plan includes basic cleaning, investigation and adjustment, as well as general depletion reinstatement at a minimum cost. It is compulsory that your machinery is serviced within the equal of double that period, if you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, elseways your service guarantee will be worthless and void. This is to say, if we preferred that your machinery is improved once every 3 months, you have to get your machinery improved within every six month period or your warranty will not be credible.
Whenever a technician offers a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above plans or per-approved by the management, a call-out fee will be requested. At the point of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Travel costs to your premises and accommodation if essential, are on your account, in addition to the call-out cost. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be carried out by you.
