The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, along with each subsystem, we only offer limited characteristic guarantee if not stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship along with defective components defects are covered by the attribute guarantee. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your product is not our constraint. Our warranty will accordingly not cover aforesaid. Deterioration can often be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon appeal, quotations are gladly available.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be needing a regular service. The enclosed service plan encloses standard cleaning, checking and arrangement, as well as standard decrement restoration at a minimum cost. Your service guarantee will be useless and meaningless should you not service your machinery in the recommended service or if it is not fixed in the equal of dual that period. There is no cost for the technician we provide. Our technician will be able to recommend if everything is normal or if an alternative or further maintenance or spare reinstatement is needed. Bookings should be made for improvements or excessive labour function to be done at your/our earliest availability as no improvements or any such labour services will be done during maintenance visits.Our premises offers principal and/or comprehensive training courses for all machinery we sell. When buying your machine, first basic entry courses is combined in your investment, although more advanced training can be obtained after the principal course has been accomplished.With all our mainline of machinery's a different barcode is sold. Analyze therefore you will regularly be able to,in any form and at any term, analyze the machines guarantee info and maintenance history on our webpage or while logged off. Our machinery's guarantee and assistance are valued by us using the barcode. Maximum convenience are ensured on both the selling and maintenance of your machines.
