The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give bounded attribute warranty on each subsystem if not stated otherwise, along with on the whole machinery. Errors as a result of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We cannot be held liable for misuse or common wear and tear of your equipment. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforesaid. Damages can generally be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are promptly available on inquiry.The machine(s) you are going to buy compels a regular service. The enclosed service plan encloses common cleaning, reviewing and adjustment, as well as standard wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost. Your service guarantee will be null and void should you not service your machine in the preferred service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, if we choose that your machine is fixed once every three months, you have to get your machine fixed in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.

Lest accepted by the company or included by any of the above plans, a call-out cost will be charged. 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.In addition to the call-out cost, transport costs to your place including settlement if crucial, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. The ongoing rate is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the traveling distance between our branch as well as your place, should you prefer for us to go to you.Those costs may vary time by instant without notice, so kindly analyze about call out and traveling costs beforehand.Our maintenance plan is suited for you if you only would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind, or if you would like to know if the appliance is adjusted to operate optically. No costs will be assigned for the specialist we supply. Our technician will be able to advise whether everything is in order or whether an alternative or other service or service parts reinstatement is needed. Unfortunately, no adjustments or excessive labour function will be completed during a maintenance visit, but a booking should made for this to be completed at your and our earliest convenience.Basic and/or complete training courses are held through our training facility for all machinery we sell. First basic entry courses is included in your machinery purchase, however more advanced training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been completed.With all our mainline of machinery's a different barcode is sold. Therefore your machinery's warranty data and servicing history will regularly be able to be analyzed in any manner and at any moment on our site or while logged off. We honour our machinery's assurance and maintenance by using the barcode. This secures your maximum comfort on both the assistance and resell of your machines.
Seeing that the quotation above concerns our advanced model, the focus points, specs and additions are suited thereto.
