The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer limited trait warranty on the entire machinery, as well as each subsystem unless stated differently. Poor craftsmanship along with defective components defects are covered by the trait warranty. We shall not be held at fault for misuse or general wear and tear of your machinery. Aforestated is for this reason not covered by our guarantee. Damages can usually be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations are promptly vacant on request.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a routine service. The enclosed service plan encloses standard cleaning, analyzing and adjustment, as well as general ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be null and void should you not service your machine in the chosen service or if it is not improved in the equal of twice that period. Meaning, if we choose that your machine is rectified once every three months, you have to get your machinery fixed in every six month period or your warranty will not be credible.
A Call-out points to to each time a technician offers a service at your premises. Unless approved by the company or included by any of the above plans, a call-out cost will be charged. One technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Along with the call-out charge, traveling costs to your place including settlement if crucial, are on your account. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back. If you would wish for us to go to you, the existing amount is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the traveling distance between our branch and your place.Those fees may differ time by extent without notice, so kindly analyze about call out as well as touring costs in advance.Our maintenance plan is suited for you if you just would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind, or if you would like to know if the appliance is adjusted to function optically. There is no fees for the technician we provide. Our technician will be able to supply you with guidance on if an alternative or other maintenance or spares restoration is needed or if everything is in order. Sadly, no adjustments or intense labour function will be completed during a sustainment visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be done at your and our earliest convenience.We offer primary and/or overall training courses via our premises for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machinery, first basic entry courses is combined in your investment, although more promoted training can be purchased after the primary course has been completed.With all our mainline of machines a particular barcode is sold. Thus your machines warranty data and servicing history will regularly be able to be analyzed in any form and at any instant on our database or while logged off. We value our machinery's warranty and servicing by using the barcode. This insures your supreme advantage on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery's.
