The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give restricted quality warranty on any subsystem if not stated otherwise, along with on the entire machinery. Defects by reason of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. We will not be held responsible for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your equipment. Aforesaid is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Damages can often be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are immediately vacant on appeal.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be demanding a routine service. Reviewing and adjustment, common cleaning , as well as everyday ravages of time replacement at a minimal cost are covered within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be invalid and ineffective should you not service your machine within the chosen service or if it is not fixed in the equal of dual that period. Meaning, if we choose that your machinery is improved once every 3 months, you must get your machine rectified in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be legit.
