The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give restricted trait guarantee on each subsystem unless stated any other way, including on the entire machine. Shortages by reason of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We cannot be held liable for misuse or common wear and tear of your component. Aforesaid is for this reason not covered by our guarantee. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are readily accessible on appeal.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be demanding a routine service. Reviewing and adjustment, everyday cleaning , as well as everyday wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost are covered in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be invalid and meaningless should you not service your machine in the chosen service or if it is not fixed within the equal of twice that period. A Call-out refers to each and every time time a technician provides a service at your place. We suggest that you organize that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. If you would prefer for us to travel to you, the prevailing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the traveling distance between our workshop and your premises.Those charges may differ instant by instant without notice, so kindly inquire about call out including traveling costs ahead of time.Our service plan is perfect for you if you only would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for your satisfaction, or if you would like to know if the appliance is fitted to operate optimally. There is no cost for the specialist we supply. You will be advised by our experts if an different or additional service or spares restoration is needed or if everything is in order. Regrettably, no improvements or hard labour function will be practised during a sustainment visit, but a booking should made for this to be done at your and our quickest convenience.We supply principal and/or overall training courses via our training facility for all machinery we sell.
