The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, and any subsystem, we only offer constrained trait warranty unless stated any other way. Errors by cause of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We cannot be held accountable for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your equipment. The included service plan consists of everyday cleaning, checking and arrangement, as well as basic wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost. Should you not service your machine(s) in the preferred service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is serviced within the equivalent of double that period or else your service warranty will be useless and void. The plans for the technician to get picked up and sent back are suggested to be carried out by you. If you would wish for us to travel to you, the current percentage is R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our warehouse and your place.Those charges may vary extent by instant without notice, so beneficially enquire about call out as well as transport costs in advance.Our service plan is perfect for you if you simply would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind, or if you would like to know if the machine is set to function optically.
