Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

Everyday wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost, checking and arrangement as well as general cleaning are covered within the service plan. It is required that your machinery is fixed in the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machine(s) within the preferred service period, or else your service guarantee will be null and void. This is to say, you should get your machinery fixed within every six month period, if we suggested that your machine is fixed once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be credible.
Anytime a technician provides a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. Except when the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above plans or arranged by the managers, a call-out fee will be requested. 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Along with the call-out fee, traveling costs to your place and accommodation if required, are on your account. The plans for the technician to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be made by you.
