The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, including any subsystem, we only provide constrained quality guarantee if not stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship along with unfit equipment weaknesses are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We are not at fault for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforestated. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations are promptly available on inquiry.The machinery you are going to buy compels a regular service. Checking and adjustment, general cleaning , as well as everyday ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost are enclosed within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the recommended service period, it is compulsory that your machinery is rectified within the equivalent of double that period or else your service guarantee will be invalid and void. This is to say, you should get your machinery rectified within every six month period, if we recommend that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be legit.
Whenever a service is offered at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Lest the call-out is included by each of the above named plans or accepted by the the company, a call-out cost will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Touring costs to your place including accommodation if necessary, are on your account, in addition to the call-out charge. We recommend that you organize that the technician gets picked up including sent back. If you would prefer for us to travel to you, the prevailing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the driving distance between our place including your establishment.Those fees may change time by point without notice, so generously enquire about call out as well as traveling costs ahead of time.Whether you would choose to find out if the appliance is fitted to function optimally, or you just would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind, our service plan is here for you. There is no cost for the specialist we supply. Reservations must be made for reconstruction or hard labour work to be practised at your/our earliest availability as no reconstruction or any such labour actions will be done during servicing visits.Primary and/or overall training courses are held through our premises for all machines we sell. First primary entry courses is included in your machine purchase, although more promoted training can be bought after the primary course has been completed.With all our mainline of machines a individual barcode is sold. You will accordingly regularly be able to check the machinery's assurance information and assistance history on our website or while logged off - in any style and at any time. By using the barcode we value our machines guarantee and assistance. Maximum benefit are insured on both the selling and service of your machinery's.
