The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply restricted characteristic warranty on the whole machine, including any subsystem except stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship and defective equipment weaknesses are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We would not be held responsible for misuse or general wear and tear of your equipment. Accordingly aforesaid would not be covered by our guarantee. Naturally, damages that are not covered under warranty can regularly be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are gladly available.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a routine service. Checking and adjustment, basic cleaning , as well as general depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost are concealed within the service plan. Your service warranty will be worthless and ineffective if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not rectified in the equal of dual that period. Meaning, if we choose that your machine is improved once every 3 months, you must get your machine serviced within every six month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
