The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, including each subsystem, we only offer limited trait guarantee lest stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship along with unreliable material defects are covered by the trait guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or misuse of your machinery is not our constraint. The enclosed service plan consists of standard cleaning, analyzing and calibration, as well as basic depletion reinstatement at a minimum cost. It is required that your machinery is rectified in the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machine(s) within the preferred service period, otherwise your service warranty will be useless and not viable. Meaning, if we preferred that your machine is improved once every 3 months, you have to get your machinery rectified in every six month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out points to to each and every time point a technician provides a service at your establishment. Except when approved by the company or enclosed by any of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be charged. At the extent of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for working days. costs to your property including settlement if necessary, are on your account, accompanying the call-out cost. The preparations for the technician to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be done by you.
