The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, including each subsystem, we only supply restricted attribute warranty unless stated differently. The trait warranty covers shortages due to unreliable components or poor craftsmanship We cannot be held at fault for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your machine. Aforementioned is accordingly not covered by our guarantee. Certainly, deterioration that aren't covered under warranty can regularly be repaired at a minimum cost. At the point of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accommodation including traveling costs to your establishment, accompanying the call-out cost, are on your account if necessary. The experts necessary arrangements to be made to get picked up including sent back, are suggested to be carried out by you. If you would like for us to go to you, the existing rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our office including your place.Those costs may change extent by instant without notice, so attentively inquire about call out and traveling costs beforehand.Our service plan is perfect for you if you simply would like our technician to take a look at your machine for your tranquility, or if you would like to find out if the machine is fitted to function optically. There is no fees for the technician we supply. Our technician will be able to point out whether everything is in order or whether an alternative or additional assistance or spares replacement is needed. Regretfully, no reconstruction or hard labour work will be completed during a sustainment visit, but a reservation should made for this to be completed at your and our quickest availability.Our premises offers fundamental and/or full training courses for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machine, first fundamental entry courses is enclosed in your investment, but more promoted training can be obtained after the principal course has been passed.A particular barcode is presented with all our mainline of machinery. Review for this reason you will constantly be able to,in any way and at any term, review the machines assurance report and servicing history on our site or while logged off. By using the barcode we value our machinery's assurance and service. Maximal benefit are ensured on both the reselling and assistance of your machines.
