The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, and any subsystem, we only provide constrained feature warranty if not stated elseways. Shortages as a result of unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We aren't responsible for general wear and tear or misuse of your component. Aforementioned is thus not covered by our guarantee. Certainly, damages that aren't covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are promptly vacant on demand.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be needing a regular service. Common decrement replacement at a minimum cost, checking and calibration as well as common cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be invalid and ineffective should you not service your machinery within the preferred service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, you should get your machine rectified within every 6 month period, if we choose that your machinery is improved once every three months or your warranty will not be efficient.
Anytime a service is supplied at your establishment by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. Lest per-approved by managers or enclosed by each of the above plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the point of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Settlement and touring costs to your place, coupled with the call-out charge, are on your account if essential. We suggest that you organize that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. If you would choose for us to come to you, the prevailing rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our premises including your premises.Those fees may change point by time without notice, so beneficially inquire about call out including travel costs ahead of time.Our maintenance plan is suited for you if you simply want our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility, or if you would like to know if the machine is adjusted to operate optically. Reservations should be made for improvements or excessive labour operate to be completed at your/our quickest convenience as no improvements or any such labour actions will be carried out during maintenance visits.Primary and/or complete training courses are provided at our training centre for all machinery we sell. When obtaining your machinery, first fundamental entry courses is combined in your purchase, but more promoted training can be bought after the primary course has been accomplished.A individual barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machines. You will thus regularly be able to check the machine's warranty data and maintenance history on our site or while logged off - in any manner and at any time.
