The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply limited quality warranty on the entire machinery, as well as each subsystem unless stated any other way. Weaknesses as a result of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic warranty. We will not be held responsible for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your machinery. Our warranty will thus not cover aforementioned. Of course, damages that are not covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations will be gladly vacant upon demand.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be forcing a routine service. The included service plan consists of common cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as general depletion replacement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless should you not service your machinery in the preferred service or if it is not serviced in the equal of twice that period. Meaning, if we preferred that your machine is serviced once every three months, you have to get your machine improved in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to each time a technician offers a service at your premises. One technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Touring costs to your place including accommodation if essential, are on your account, in addition to the call-out fee. By using the barcode we honour our machines warranty and servicing. Supreme convenience are secured on both the reselling and maintenance of your machines.
