The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply constrained quality warranty on any subsystem unless stated otherwise, along with on the entire machine. Weaknesses due to defective materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We shall not be held accountable for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your product. Aforesaid is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Damages can usually be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are gladly available.Regular service is required by the machinery you are going to obtain. Checking and adjustment, common cleaning , as well as everyday depletion reinstatement at a minimum cost are included in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and void if you do not service your machine within the chosen service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of double that period. Meaning that in which case we suggested that your machine is fixed once every three months, it is compulsory that you get your machine rectified within every six month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
When a service is provided at your property by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Except when arranged by managers or concealed by each and every time of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be required. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Travel costs to your establishment as well as accommodation if necessary, are on your account, accompanying the call-out fee. The plans for the technician to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be done by you. The existing rate is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our workshop as well as your premises, should you recommend for us to travel to you.Without notice, those fees may differ point by time, consequently attentively enquire about call out including travel costs beforehandOur maintenance plan is perfect for you if you only want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction, or if you want to find out if the machinery is set to function optimally. For this reason your machinery's assurance information and maintenance history will always be able to be reviewed in any way and at any instant on our website or while logged off. We value our machines assurance and service by using the barcode. This protects your maximal advantage on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery's.
