The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, along with each subsystem, we only offer limited trait warranty lest stated differently. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Coupled with the call-out charge, touring costs to your property as well as settlement if necessary, are on your account. When buying your machine, first principal entry courses is included in your investment, however more advanced training can be purchased after the principal course has been accomplished.With all our mainline of machinery's a different barcode is sold. For this reason your machines assurance information and maintenance history will constantly be able to be reviewed in any way and at any moment on our webpage or offline.
