Quality Warranty: We offer restricted quality guarantee on each subsystem unless stated otherwise, along with on the whole machinery. The quality warranty covers shortages as a result of defective materials or poor craftsmanship We cannot be held at fault for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your machine. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Of course, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can often be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are gladly accessible on demand.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be forcing a routine service. The concealed service plan includes general cleaning, reviewing and adjustment, as well as general wear and tear restoration at a minimum cost. It is crucial that your machine(s) is improved within the equal of dual that period, if you do not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and void. Meaning, if we recommend that your machine is fixed once every 3 months, you should get your machine improved in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be legit. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Whenever a service is supplied at your establishment by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged unless the call-out is concealed by each of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the the company. At the point of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Touring costs to your place including accommodation if required, are on your account, along with the call-out cost. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back. The existing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your establishment, should you choose for us to travel to you.Without notice, those charges may differ point by extent, as a result kindly inquire about call out and travel costs beforehand A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for your tranquility or would like to know if the machinery is set to operate optimally, our maintenance plan is suited for you. There is no cost for the specialist we provide. Our experts will be able to advise if everything is in order or whether an alternative or further maintenance or service parts replacement is needed. Regretfully, no repairs or excessive labour operate will be completed during a preservation visit, but a reservation should made for this to be completed at your and our earliest availability. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Fundamental and/or overall training courses are provided at our warehouse for all machines we sell. More advanced training can be purchased after the basic course has been finished but first primary entry courses is included in your machinery investment. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Barcode System: With all our mainline of machinery's a unique barcode is sold. You will accordingly constantly be able to check the machinery's warranty data and servicing history on our website or while logged off - in any form and at any term. We value our machinery's guarantee and maintenance by using the barcode. Maximal convenience are secured on both the selling and maintenance of your machines.
