The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, and any subsystem, we only offer confined trait guarantee lest stated otherwise. Errors as a result of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. Everyday wear and tear or misuse of your equipment is not our responsibility. The included service plan consists of general cleaning, checking and arrangement, as well as everyday wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost. At the time of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for workdays.Settlement as well as touring costs to your place, accompanying the call-out charge, are on your account if required. We recommend that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. You will for this reason always be able to analyze the machine's guarantee report and assistance history on our website or while disconnected - in any manner and at any moment.
