The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, and any subsystem, we only supply confined quality guarantee if not stated elseways. The feature guarantee covers defects as a result of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship We will not be held liable for misuse or common wear and tear of your machine. For this reason aforesaid shall not be covered by our warranty. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are readily accessible on appeal.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be needing a routine service. Everyday decrement restoration at a minimal cost, investigation and arrangement as well as common cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and meaningless should you not service your machine within the suggested service or if it is not rectified within the equivalent of double that period. This is to say, if we preferred that your machine is serviced once every three months, you have to get your machine fixed within every six month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Whenever a service is supplied at your place by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be required except when the call-out is covered by each of the above named plans or arranged by the management. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.In addition to the call-out cost, transport costs to your place as well as settlement if essential, are on your account. We recommend that you organize that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. If you would prefer for us to come to you, the ongoing percentage is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our office and your premises.Kindly inquire about call out and touring costs ahead of time as those fees may change point by point without notice.If you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for your tranquility or want to find out if the machine is adjusted to work optically, our service plan is here for you. We will not charge any cost for the technician we provide. You will be advised by our technician whether an back-up or other assistance or spares replacement is needed or if everything is in order. Sadly, no improvements or hard labour function will be done during a preservation visit, but a booking should made for this to be done at your and our quickest convenience.Primary and/or overall training courses are supplied through our premises for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machine, first primary entry courses is included in your purchase, but more improved training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.A unique barcode is presented with all our mainline of machinery. Review for this reason you will always be able to,in any manner and at any instant, review the machinery's warranty info and maintenance history on our webpage or while logged off. Our machines assurance and servicing are honoured by us using the barcode. This secures your maximal comfort on both the selling and servicing of your machines.
The above quotation pertains to our recent model, therefore the features, details and additions are applicable thereto. For any questions regarding the generation model cited, you can call our sales representatives. You will be designated to collect a 5% exemption on previous models , depending on insignificant execution or minor method in which case we don't have the recent model obtainable.
