The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide restricted characteristic guarantee on the whole machine, along with each subsystem lest stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship including faulty components shortages are covered by the attribute guarantee. General wear and tear or misuse of your product is not our fault. Aforementioned is therefore not covered by our warranty. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Upon demand, quotations are promptly vacant.The machinery you are going to purchase compels a regular service. General depletion replacement at a minimum cost, investigation and arrangement as well as standard cleaning are covered in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be invalid and void if you do not service your machinery within the preferred service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of twice that period.
