The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide confined feature guarantee on the entire machinery, along with any subsystem except stated differently. Poor craftsmanship and unreliable equipment defects are covered by the trait guarantee. We cannot be held liable for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your equipment. Thus aforesaid cannot be covered by our guarantee. Naturally, damages that are not covered under guarantee can often be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are promptly vacant on inquiry.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be demanding a routine service. The covered service plan consists of everyday cleaning, reviewing and arrangement, as well as standard wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost. It is crucial that your machine(s) is serviced in the equal of dual that period, if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service period, or else your service guarantee will be useless and ineffective. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. First fundamental entry courses is included in your machinery investment, but more advanced training can be obtained after the principal course has been achieved.All our mainline of machines are sold with a different barcode. You will accordingly constantly be able to analyze the machinery's warranty info and assistance history on our webpage or while logged off - in any manner and at any time. By using the barcode we honour our machines guarantee and servicing. This insures your ultimate advantage on both the assistance and resell of your machines.
