The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer limited characteristic warranty on the whole machine, including each subsystem except stated otherwise. Defects as a result of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We shall not be held at fault for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. Aforestated is thus not covered by our guarantee. Usually damages can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations are immediately available on request.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be demanding a regular service. The included service plan encloses basic cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as general wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost. It is required that your machine(s) is rectified within the equal of dual that period, if you do not service your machinery in the recommended service period, otherwise your service warranty will be null and not viable. Meaning, if we recommend that your machinery is improved once every three months, you should get your machinery rectified within every six month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Anytime a service is supplied at your property by a technician, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be requested lest the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or per-approved by the the company. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Accommodation including traveling costs to your place, coupled with the call-out fee, are on your account if necessary. We suggest that you organize that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. R 9.95/km is the ongoing rate multiplied by the driving distance between your place and our office, should you recommend for us to go to you.Attentively inquire about call out and traveling costs beforehand as those charges may differ point by point without notice.If you just would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility or want to find out if the machinery is set to operate optimally, our service plan is suited for you. There is no fees for the experts we provide. Our technician will be able to supply you with information on if an back-up or other maintenance or spare parts reinstatement is needed or if everything is normal. Sadly, no repairs or intense labour work will be practised during a sustainment visit, but a booking should made for this to be completed at your and our earliest convenience.Basic and/or complete training courses are supplied via our training facility for all machinery we sell. First principal entry courses is enclosed in your machinery investment, although more promoted training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been finished.A individual barcode is provided with all our mainline of machines. Thus your machines guarantee data and servicing history will regularly be able to be checked in any style and at any moment on our database or while disconnected. By using the barcode we value our machines warranty and service. This insures your supreme convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery's.
