The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

The attribute guarantee covers weaknesses due to unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship We are not accountable for general wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforesaid. Certainly, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are readily accessible on request.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be needing a routine service. Standard ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and adjustment as well as standard cleaning are covered within the service plan. Your service warranty will be useless and ineffective if you do not service your machinery within the recommended service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of double that period. This is to say, you have to get your machine serviced in every six month period, if we recommend that your machine is fixed once every three months or your warranty will not be legit.

Reservations have to be made for repairs or intense labour function to be carried out at your/our quickest convenience as no reconstruction or any such labour actions will be completed during maintenance visits.We give primary and/or full training courses through our warehouse for all machinery we sell. More advanced training can be bought after the principal course has been achieved however first basic entry courses is combined in your machinery purchase.With all our mainline of machinery's a unique barcode is sold. You will thus always be able to review the machinery's warranty data and maintenance history on our database or offline - in any way and at any term.
