The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give bounded feature warranty on the whole machinery, as well as any subsystem unless stated any other way. Sadly, no repairs or intense labour function will be done during a preservation visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be done at your and our earliest availability.Our training facility offers basic and/or full training courses for all machinery we sell. First principal entry courses is included in your machinery investment, however more improved training can be bought after the basic course has been completed.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a different barcode. Thus your machinery's guarantee report and assistance history will regularly be able to be checked in any way and at any instant on our database or offline. By using the barcode we honour our machines warranty and maintenance. Maximum advantage are secured on both the reselling and service of your machines.
