The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply bounded quality warranty on each subsystem if not stated elseways, along with on the whole machine. Weaknesses due to faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We will not be held at fault for misuse or general wear and tear of your equipment. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforestated. Deterioration can generally be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations will be readily vacant upon inquiry.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be requiring a regular service. Common wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost, checking and positioning as well as general cleaning are covered within the service plan. Should you not service your machinery within the suggested service period, it is crucial that your machine(s) is fixed in the equivalent of twice that period otherwise your service warranty will be worthless and void. This is to say, if we suggested that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months, you must get your machine improved within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Anytime a technician supplies a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. Except for when approved by the company or covered by any of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be requested. One technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Transport costs to your place including settlement if required, are on your account, coupled with the call-out charge. The experts necessary preparations to be done to get picked up including sent back, are suggested to be made by you. If you would like for us to travel to you, the existing amount is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the traveling distance between our office as well as your premises.Without notice, those fees may differ extent by time, thus generously seek an answer about call out including traveling costs beforehandOur service plan is perfect for you if you only would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for your contentment, or if you would like to find out if the appliance is set to operate optically.
